Part-time English/French Instructor

Part-time English/French Instructor Contract Duration: One year, renewable. Starting Salary: Rates starting from ¥1,400 per 40-minute lesson. Job Locations: - Niigata: Tuesday and Friday (15:00-21:00), Saturday (10:00-19:00) - Edogawa: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (15:00-21:00), Saturday (10:00-19:00) - Kokuryo: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (11:00-18:00) - Shinjuku: Thursday (15:00-21:30), Saturday and Sunday (10:00-19:00) - Shimbashi: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (11:00-21:30), Saturday (10:00-19:00) - Asakusa: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (18:00-21:30) (Other locations may be available from time to time) Requirements: - Native English or French speaker - Excellent communication skills - Bachelor’s degree - Permission to work in Japan - Currently residing in Tokyo area Desirable: - TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification - 1 year teaching experience in Japan - Intention to stay in Japan for more than one year Main Responsibilities: - Teach according to the established curriculum and teaching methodology - Achieve high levels of student satisfaction - Write brief student reports after each lesson. (Note: Working conditions may vary; all foreigners are required to have valid visas.)
